Bellmount Developments have successfully achieved planning for 18 units in Popes Quay, Cork City Centre.

There will be 18 units consisting of 1 studio, 9 one bed and 8 two bed.

Cork City based Bellmount Developments Ltd  will develop 40-41 Pope’s Quay, 2 Ferry Lane, and the store area under 1 Ferry Lane, Pope’s Quay, Shandon, Cork comprising the demolition and removal of the existing buildings and the construction of two apartment blocks,

They will range in height from 3 to 6 storeys, consisting of 18 no. apartments (1 no. studios, 9 no. 1 beds, and 8 no. 2 beds) and a ground floor retail/cafe unit and all associated ancillary development works.
