Bellmount Developments have secured planning permission for 136 student bed spaces in close proximity to U.C.C and M.T.U.

The project relates to the provision of high quality student residential accommodation in close proximity to U.C.C and M.U.T. Comprising of 20 apartments with 136 bedrooms, the design includes a student common area fronting Victoria Cross road, and an administration / reception area.
