Bellmount has achieved planning for 206 Student beds in Orchard Road Cork

Now, the current vacant car dealership can now be demolished and replaced with a seven-storey PBSA block comprising 78 student homes in a mix of single-bedroom studio apartments to eight-bedroom apartments.

In total, there will be 206 beds in the development. Amenities include common study areas, a gym, bicycle storage, cinema room, rooftop terrace and 24/7 reception.

The site was chosen by Bellmount Developments due to its convenient location and proximity to the main campus of University College Cork (UCC).
